First time at tire city today. I drove 35 minutes because I heard how honest and reliable they are. They could have sold me tires and told me a story. No they did not. They told me no charge after they pulled 2 nails out of 2 tires. Who does that today? You will be in business for a long time. Thank you for your commitment to your customers and doing business the right way. I will be passing along my experience to my family and friends. Your employees work ethic needs to be displayed to the world! So wonderful to see a family business around that long. Your dad is very PROUD.

You wont find a more friendlier or competent staff then at Tire City. I have used them several times for tire services and the service is always outstanding. Been having trouble with a tire for a bit and brought it to be replaced. They insisted on checking if first, found a nail and fixed it no charge. They are only interested in doing what's right, not taking you for as much as they can get. Highly recommended.

Have been here many times and they are always fast and honest. So often they take care of small problems free of charge and it is so kind and has made lifelong customers of myself and family. This particular review prompted by a bad experience elsewhere. I was having an issue out of state and on hours tire city wasn’t open so against my better judgment went somewhere else. They kept me waiting a very long time and tried to sell me 4 new tires (having just replaced one 2 days before I know this was untrue). I left and went to tire city when I was back in the area. Despite having literally 20 people already there and waiting they had me in and out in under 30 mins and had plugged my tire. THEY ARE AMAZING. Thank you!
